I wanted to share this with you all because we need everyone on board if we want to try and fix this. We were going to write to the advertisers anyway, but hopefully this will add some fuel to your fire!

The PTC has "Red Lighted" our beloved Moonlight!
This is not good at all, and while I am sure it is not the main reason we were cancelled, I'm also sure this didn't help one bit.

This group quietly goes about their business bombarding the advertisers of the shows they want yanked off the air & if the fans don't realize it, they can do enough damage to get the show canceled & then it may be too late for us to do anything to stop it. A lot of the advertisers seem to think they are the voice of American parents & listen to them!

This is what they said about our show!!

So these people have been mailing the advertisers for weeks now....meaning we are already behind!!!

Over the weekend members of the Moonlight Army went back and watched all 16 episodes (all that MickAction was tough, but someone had to do it... Razz ) We gathered a comprehensive list of every advertiser that had ads and then went to work finding contact info for all of them - loads of fun, I assure you.

The list is gigantic! Snail mail is the most effective, but obviously you can't write to all of them (or maybe you can, lol) but maybe people can get together and split the list or something.

We really need to make up for the damage these people have done!
If you don't know what to write, there will be help threads up later today with templates that you can tweak to fit your thoughts. Anyone who wants to add their's to it, we would be greatful.

This is ridiculous if you dont like a show turn it hell no one makes you watch it so why be so stupid to complain the show is perfect to those of us who watch it leave it alone if they want to stay awy from violence on tv they might as well throw it out because its everywhere. You can watch the discovery or national geographic channel and get worse then moonlight so they need to basically grow up.

This is absolutely ridulous! What about the dead bodies and blood and graphic details in ALL the CSI's, criminal minds, NCIS and other forensic shows. Do they think that is quality programming? Get real!!

Just surfed a bit in the net and found this site. Read through it roughly and wonder ... Do people of PTC have some private life still when they spend all time in front of TV searching for the "bad" stories, words, etc. and then writing to sponsors? Ey, c'mon, then they could rage against nearly EVERY film, soap, all the kind of shows, and so on! I'm christian myself, I can manage to keep my little kids away from the screen when more or less brutal things are shown, can decide myself if I wanna see such things (which are obviously fabricated and I am aware of that *ehem*), and to be honest ... watching Americas God's Channel via Satellite makes me wonder if this is all really that much christian ... I grew up differently and am a good and believing faithful person, with a loving heart and understand what is good and what is wrong, even watching such series, films, etc.! What's about all the other series alike Buffy, Angel, Twilight, etc.? All the films, soaps, shows? Are they any better? Or do they also fight agains all those? They should rather spend time with their kids, educating them well, prepare them to live in this world and to be good people! Explain them what is real, what is fabricated! Tell them what is good and what is bad! Don't spend time with watching things on TV and then get on sposors nerves!

Thanks so much for letting us know. I am not sure who this group is, but they are DEAD WRONG!!!

MOONLIGHT is a quality show for ALL ages! It is a beautiful love story and so much more.

Please don't do this to our favorite show, MOONLIGHT. I doubt this show even deserves a GP rating.

THIS IS A QUALITY SHOW FOR ALL AGES!

In my opinion there is nothing wrong or immoral about moonlight. There are shows out that are so much worse such as nip/tuck, ect. If it offends you, then don't watch it!

I DONT THINK THAT MOONLIGHT HAS ANY REALLY STRONG LANGUAGE IN IT AND IM PRTTY SURE THAT YOU HEAR AND SEE WORSE THINGS ON THE NEWS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.PEOPLE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORLD ISN'T STUCK IN THE VICTORIAN AGES.OUR GENERATION WANTS SOMETHING FRESH AND EXCITING AND MOONLIGHT DELIEVERS THAT TO US.

I don't think that MOONLIGHT is any worse than real life. If you cancel a television show for a little bit of violence or bad language, you might as well have the news cancelled from television due to violent content. Real life is much worse than MADE UP television shows!!

moonlight has spark between mick and beth. i as an adult mother of 6 feel this show is no where violent compared to listening to rap about rape murder drugs so there for how can u even attempt to say its a violent show.. i beg the differ

Just because it may be considered violent doesn't mean it doesn't make it bad, and gives it the right ot be canceled. Think of it this way... CSI is violent with its description of blood, and the how the victum was killed. The same goes for NCIS. The use of the language isn't that bad. Most of the people who watch it are use to hearing that type of language.
