We the undersigned ask that you reconsider offering your music on iTunes. We are more interested in your music than in your Apple Corps. You make it difficult for the millions of us iPod owners to purchase Beatles Music. And, complete the digital re-mastering of all Beatles CDs. We want your music!

stupid Michael Jackson! let beatles music be on itunes it would make it allot easier than happening to buy it at a store plus Im a huge beatles fan and it would be great to get beatles songs in 256 kbps than to get it off of limewire. Why does Michael Jackson even own the rights to the beatles songs I think Ringo and Paul should be the only two that own rights to the songs.

i think it would be a great idea if michael jackson will make his own version of all Beatles songs.Since he has the right to their songs now.Surely he can make money out of this idea..

Your all idoits, if you want to see the bealtes music on itunes, stop harassing w/e live members their may still be, or more importanly paul as i belive he was the one that once held the rights to their music, the Beatles have NO SAY AT ALL as to wither it will ever be on itunes or not, infact, i bet they wish it was on itunes for the same reason we do, the fans enjoy it.

But sadly and wrongly Michael Jackson owns all the rights to the beatles music and will untill he decides to sell them if he ever does, and he hasnt given any rights to apple to use the music by now, and so i doubt he ever will aslong as the rights stay with him

it's rather sad to not have one of the grestest bands to ever play not be on iTunes. as a twenty-something, "new generation" fan, i think that it's the duty of the remaining members of the band as well as current fans to continue to bring this wonderful music to younger generations of would-be fans.

I though Michael Jackson owns the rights for as long as he wants to, until such time that he sells or relinquishes the rtights which is something he'd be a fool to do and as we know, he is not a fool.

Yes he does own them. And that is about to expire. Once they revert back to the Beatles they will probably put them on I-tunes. If they want to make any money. I think the licenses revert this year.
