this time, miss parker needs an updated wardrobe!! possibly more stories from other kids who grew up at the centre
I would love more of this but if it's not possible, at least give us some kind of closure for everyone. please!

The Pretender is one of the best shows that was ever on tv and it deserves a decent ending. The fans need to know how all the loose ends tie up.

I'd love an ending!!! I'd prefer it in film form, but I suppose if worse comes to worse, book form would suffice!

The series was great with great storylines! Unfortunately the movies lacked of decent stories and at the end left the fans hanging in mid-air without any hope.
So a conclusion would be great, eventhough we won't need Jarod and Miss Parker riding off into a sunset, dragging Mr. Lyle behind the horse in chains. But it is an interesting mental image ;-)
I would love for the series to continue! Even if it is set ten years later. Closure would work, though, if nothing else. I've even thought that if someone could just write the book, they'd have guaranteed sales!
Where can I find this fanfiction?
I too would prefer a continuation, but failing that closure. The thought of never seeing another "new" episode or movie is depressing.
I guess that is what we have fanfiction for, and we are fortunate as a group to have some wonderful writers that have kept the show alive for us.
This show was unique in that it allowed a strong female lead that I believe set the standards for such shows as Alias, In Plain Sight, Burn Notice to name a few. AND interestingly enough many of the new shows that continue that premise are not the major 3 networks.
I am and will always be a Miss Parker fan, that is a fan of an intelligent, wise and flawed woman lead, that can hold her own against anyone. The flaws are what make a character interesting, the actor that can carry off the perfection and the flaws is what makes the character come to life. I absolutely without a doubt want more of the Pretender with the original actors!
Did you know that Jeffery Donovan who is the lead in Burn Notice was in TP as Jarod's brother?
I would LOVE to see The Pretender finished, whether it's in TV series form, miniseries, movies, the official Pretender screenplay, anything. Just wanna know all the secrets and have my questions finally answered fully. And hopefully see Jarod and Miss Parker kiss as adults.
I love the Pretender. Ever Since I was a little girl, every morning before school I would watch it.
I prefer a continuation but closure works too...ANYthing at this point!
