Here is a definition of Rock & Roll from www.history-of-rock.com:  A form of popular music arising from and incorporating a variety of musical styles, especially rhythm and blues, country music, and gospel. Originating in the United States in the 1950s, it is characterized by electronically amplified instrumentation, a heavily accented beat, and relatively simple phrase structure.

I think that wonderful band Free should be in the hall of fame. they gave us some wonderful unforgettable music.

I haven't checked recently but as of about 6 months ago i learned that Heart has not yet been inducted. That just blows my mind. If there were a R & R Hall of Fame with only female-led groups, they would be Number 1!

I stongly believe that the ultimate band Rush should get into Rock & Roll Hall 2008 if they haven't already done so !!
