I read your claims and I feel horrible that because you didn't know your rights, you were unable to defend yourself accordingly. Saying that, I have to say proudly that I am a Pre-Paid Legal member for over 5 years. The services that I have received over the years have been incredible. I don't believe that you should protest Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. because you're not happy about the lack of legal support that you had for your situation. That's like naming Circuit City liable for a Sony TV working better than the Toshiba you purchased at Best Buy.

You should be upset that legal expenses have financially surpassed that of the working classes ability to pay. That's the injustice and what Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. is doing is bringing it back to the every day working class American that can afford to put a few dollars away a month for a service that they'll need in the future. I have seen this service save families from losing their homes during this difficult time in the economy, I've seen people save thousands of dollars because they had an attorney review a contract for them, and I've seen this save people's lives having tragic accident representation completely paid for where it would have bankrupted a family. I've witnessed this because my own mother is an associate with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. and have met these people who thank my mother for introducing the service to them.

I am so sorry that you felt you didn't have justice on your side. But you shouldn't be protesting a company who's sole purpose is for every day people like you and I who wouldn't have had access to expensive lawyers to have access to them. Your issues isn't even really with the Provider Law Firm, it's with this justice system and how unfair it is. Because the truth is the color of justice isn't black or white, it's green. And if you don't have the green, you don't have any rights.

Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. provides an unbelievable service for a very affordable monthly cost. For the person who had poor service, it's a shame you didn't speak to the person who sold you the plan and demanded that they rectify the situation. The Home Office prides themselves on service and if you felt you didn't receive that, you should have had the review your particular situation so that they can rectify it. They don't claim to be perfect, but they certainly make a strong commitment to excellence and pride themselves on the best customer service.

I hope that you do become a member and experience what I am talking about.
