By signing here, I agree to do my best efforts to dump Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Harry Reid and Rep. Steny Hoyer, who have failed miserably to challenge the law-breaking activities of the Cheney-Bush Regime and have morphed into "Republican Right-Lite".

Having resigned themselves to enacting bills with Republicans, instead of standing their moral ground, these three have betrayed the party, more interested in keeping their power base, than doing the bidding of those of us who put them there.

If we wanted mushy, spineless leaders, we would have re-elected mental defects like Armey, Boehner, Gingrich, Hastert & Lott. If we wanted mountains of new, irresponsible debt, we would have resurrected Ronnie Reagan.

If we sought a "War without End, Conquest without Victory", we would have resurrected Ghengas Khan. 

I will work in my community, my 'personal sphere of influence' (business & neighbors), also to encourage elected Dems for my district, to "Dump the Leadership", start local efforts to encourage others in this effort and commit to forcing the party to return to its base of "Free Speech, Pro-Peace, Civil Liberties" advocacy and defense.

The democratic leadership has enabled and been complitic if the degradation of our democracy. We must hold them accountable as they have failed to hold the administration accountable. I'm mad as hell and tired of being sick and tired of an impotent leadership in congress.

because they're too busy out planting trees, petitioning, and generally saving the earth to vote on that kinda thing, while republicans just sit on their asses all day, and therefore have time to vote on these sort of things

omfg u are so dumb its not even funny bush isent even doing anything on his own he's like a big puppet with the big companeys hands up his ass. even thou i hate bush and the republacans i geuse it wont be so bad for me (unless the car fumes and smog kill the planet) because im canadian and the more the usa screws up the ritcher we get compaierd to the states because the canadian dollar is allredy higher than the usa .they also start lots of wars we all kmow about iraq but now they want to attack iran with their badly desamated army. so go ahead vote republacan and kiss your world power goodby

american citizens through their hard work make the U.S. a world power, not our elected officials. Americans are a tough lot and regardless of a democrat or republican in the white house - The United States of America will remain a world power. When the going gets tough - you can count on Amercians for help - regardless of your nationality, skin color, race or religion.

I could not agree more with the premise of this campaign. The Democrats won a majority because of dissatisfaction with the republican controlled house & senate - voters wanted change and now all we have is gridlock - nothing is getting done. The Democaratic leadership is more concerned with "getting re-elected" than acting on behalf of the people that put them in power (us - the voters). We want change and we want it now! They are only concerned with their voting records, not what's best for the American citizens they're supposed to be serving.

My personal opinion is that our the majority of our elected officials are concerned more with getting re-elected than they are serving their constituency.

If the world were a fairer place Bush and his cohorts would be in front of the World Court of Human Justice charged with genocide, attempting to re-start the Cold War, and bringing the whole world closer to total annihilation.
