i have watched this show for years (: i live over the united kingdom so obv. it stopped for a while and started again on E4. it's currently on season7 and although i am watching it now, i've seen it all before. the way it ended upset many people, including me. in shows like these for example 'Friends' they tied up loose ends in the last 2 episodes i.e ross and rachel get back together, monika and chandler have their babies. leaving us guessing what will happen in Gilmore Girls wasn't right, a T.V movie would be great (: RANT OVER :D x
I have been a fan of this show since 2001 when I was still assigned in Chicago. The sense of humor brought about by Lorelai's dialogues (and other actors'/actresses') in general make me screaming out for more Gilmore Girls. Please bring the series back or if not make it a movie instead.
I honestly think it was a mistake to stop where they did. All Gilmore Girls needed was more publicity, and more funny lines in the last few seasons. The bond they showed is the bond that every mother and daughter wish they had. If you can't start up the series again do the show some justice with a movie to tie the lose ends up once and for all.
I watch the show every day! It brings happiness into your life. I was very disappointed that it was canceled. Please bring it back in some form, another season or a movie!!
Fantastic show, that deserves a proper and thoughtful ending to bring the curtain down on something special.Everyone involved with the show should be proud- surely after 7 seasons we could bring everyone back for a 2 hr finale?

Lorelai needs to get toghter with Luke and have the wedding and Rory needs to get back with Jess. Really how could you end the show on such a note How unGilmore of you. I say bring back the show, but if you are not willing a 21/2hr movie or a 6hr Mini series at least is in order.
Me and my dad used to watch GG together we dont spend much time together and latly we cant semb to even have a sentence said before we are fighting PLEASE bring GG back for a movie at least I think it would really help things.

I'm 59 and my daughter is 22. The gilmore girls have mirrored our lives for the last seven years and we actually grieved the series' demise. Tonight we watched the last episode, and while it was better than our expectations we still feel that there is much left to be resolved. A TV or even a full scale film release would go far to resolve all the loose ends left lying about because of the rush to end the series. I guarantee that the audience would be large and the profits great even if the stars were to command huge salaries. I don't know one mother and daughter pair who would not embrace such and undertaking. In our case, Dad is also part time fan. This series has been an inspiration for families across the country, and families would spend a bundle for a final fix of the gilmores. In the TV and movie industries profit is the bottom line and a venture such as this would make a bundle. I urge all parties who could bring such an endeavor to fruition to take the plunge...if not for altruistic reasons, for a fatter pocketbook.
Well, Seeing as the series ended with Rory going on the campaign trail with Obama, it makes perfect sense to do a movie now that Obama has won the presidency. How great would that be!
Yes! Yes! Yes! Make a Gilmore Girls Movie! Please!!!! I loved that show! Watched EVERY episode and I was so sad to see it go, especially when Lorelai and Luke were just getting back together!!! I would love to see what happened to them. I hope they get married FINALLY!!!!

Isn't there enough money to coax the cast back for a very popular movie, or is the rumor true that Scott and Lauren are on the outs? Please overcome any problem and give America another dose of excellent entertainment.
