I agree with you toys for especially small children should be tested for lead and other toxic substences as well toys that are badly designed and have small parts that could break off. These are choking hazards for small children. The bad toys should be examined and tested out before they reach the market.
I think maybe they should give them to child or maybe a older person who can think like a small child that is watched carfully in labs and test it like that before they give them to kids, because I dont think any toys were put out with the knowlegde that they are bad prior to market

Most toys arent originally known to be hazardous. In fact, just about every toy could be hazardous.
