Description:

Right now, Congress is debating the future of the Internet. The good news is national lawmakers in Washington have successfully protected Internet access from Federal taxes. The bad news is that the laws that keep Internet access tax-free will EXPIRE NOVEMBER 2007. Congress should protect American consumers and achieve the bi-partisan goal of passing the "Permanent Internet Tax Freedom Act of 2007" which seeks to permanently extend the moratorium on Internet access taxes and duplicative taxes on e-commerce.

We, the undersigned, support the "Permanent Internet Tax Freedom Act of 2007".

No new tax

the internet is a social place just like school and stuff it should NOT be taxed

Vote for Obama he will tax everything to pay for all the free stuff he is going to hand out.

It's 2008. Whatever happened to this?
But I do support the "Permanent Internet Tax Freedom Act of 2007"

KEEP THE INTERNET TAX FREE. The Federal Government continues to find ways to make money for themselves so that they can take from the poor and give it themselves and the rich. They just want to run everyones lives (including countries that we don't belong getting involved in). And they say we live in a free and democratic country. They want to help every country but can't seem to help their own.

the net was designed to be nuetral keep it that way!

Does the government have to tax everything? They never repealed the income tax that was supposed to be temporary to support the war!

no more tax. we are taxed too much already
