We,the undersigned are filing this petition in opposition to the recent decision of the Media Review Board imposing a ban on inmates housed at the Upstate Correctional Facility located in Malone,New York being able to receive a publication known as "Buttman" through its facilities package room.We,the undersigned are in opposition of this ban and are taking this action for the reasons and violations of these rights as listed below:

anyone who would like any information,or who has any questions about why this petition was filed-please feel free to contact me ASAP at the folloing addresses:Athenaredhawk@aol.com,or Thumper81072@aol.com,or Lilaastarte@aol.com.I will be more than happy to explain why this is so important The reason for the urgency is due to the fact that this petition has to be sent in with the appeals and there is less than a 30day window of opportunity for this or the Superintendant won't accept the appeals or the petitions as they will be deemed "umtimely response"and we'll lose before it even gets read.Thank you to everyone in advance and I hope to speak to you all soon about this important matter because this doesnt just affect the men housed there it could potentially affect every inmate in nystate's prison system and there will be a loss of business by this company from the potential customers housed there.
